An AML assessment pack, for an agency that does not exist.
An estate or letting agency has to assess its own money-laundering risk, write down its rules and show HMRC it follows them. The AgentGuard AML pack writes those documents from the answers to a questionnaire, built around the agency’s own assessment of each risk. Below are the six it writes for Carrow Hale Residential LLP, a fictitious London sales partnership of about thirty people.
Every page carries a SAMPLE mark. This sample shows the AgentGuard wording as the pack writes it. Your own documents are written from your answers.
Every detail about the business is invented: its name, the person named in it, the HMRC reference number, the address (the postcode ZZ99 9ZZ is invented), the email address and the telephone number (one Ofcom reserves for drama). The regulations, guidance and dates the documents cite are real. The sample was generated on 7 November 2026.
The six documents
Two are shown in full: the firm-wide risk assessment, with the agency’s own assessment of every risk factor, and the HMRC checklist. The other four are excerpts: the title block, the first section and the headings of everything else, so you can see how each one is set out. They are shown as generated, before the business signs them. A document never claims a control the business has not recorded as in place: where one is still to be introduced, the document says so and gives the action.
